How can I attach a screenshot to my ticket?

Please use the file upload button in the support request form if you purchased a subscription from us. If you'd like to provide a screenshot or video for any freely available, starter edition product, please use an image or file hosting service like:

To include an image in the ticket content, click insert image icon and paste the link pointing to the image.

Please do not choose image sharing services with:

  • A lot of ads on page
  • Temporary image storage - images expire after a period of time
  • Too many clicks to view images
